Visits
In the interests of patients’ health, visitors are asked not to come in large numbers and not to bring young children with them.
The doctor may, for family reasons, grant exceptions for visits outside the usual visiting hours.
To ensure the quality of your stay, your visitors are asked to report to the nursing staff before entering your room.
Specific features of healthcare services
Depending on the nature of the care unit in which you are staying and the patients being treated there, the unit may have its own procedures and rules (such as visiting arrangements, for example). If this is the case, you will be informed of these upon admission.
Meals for accompanying persons
Meals can be taken on site. They must be ordered and paid for, from Monday to Friday, at the reception desk nearest to your ward.

Accommodation for accompanying persons
As with meals, it is possible to have a relative stay with you for one night. However, this does require your explicit prior consent and the authorisation of the senior nurse in the ward where you are staying.
The costs of their stay are not covered by the National Health Service. However, some private health insurance schemes do provide for reimbursement.

Visiting hours are tailored to the child’s state of health, the specific requirements of the ward and family circumstances.

Admission to the Medical and Rehabilitation Ward
Visits are permitted every day from 12 noon to 8 pm, except in special medical circumstances agreed with the doctor and outside the cognitive-behavioural unit.

Stay in the maternity ward
Visits are unrestricted for the co-parent and siblings. However, it is still recommended that visits be limited to one additional person per day, between 3 pm and 6 pm.
